Mike LaBonte conducted the meeting.

Call for IBIS related patent disclosures:

- None

Call for opens:

- Mike: Time pressure might impact my ability to join this
  meeting at times, going forward.

Review of previous meeting minutes:

- Bob Ross moved to approve the Feb 6 minutes.
  Mike LaBonte seconded the motion.  Without objection minutes were approved.

ARs:

- Bob Ross to test [End External Model] for BUG198.
  - Done.
  - Bob: BUG195 (not BUG198) has been amended.
    - An error message is given if [End External Model] is omitted.
    - There is no message for omitted [End External Circuit] or [End Circuit Call].
    - These are serious syntax errors.
  - Mike: If the parser reads the data into memory correctly then this is
    only a syntax checking issue.
  - Bob: Early versions of IBIS had no End keywords.
    - Parsing of one section closes when another keyword is seen.

- Mike LaBonte to complete BIRD appendix for parser contract.
  - No progress

New IBISCHK bugs:
- None

IBISCHK7 parser development:
- Bob: Atul will not be contacted for an estimate until we have a good agreement document.
  - He will give hour estimates for each keyword, etc.

- Bob Ross moved to adjourn. Lance Wang seconded. The meeting ended without objection.
